Living Well Club

We all know about the rewards of maintaining a healthy lifestyle: increased longevity, fewer ailments and a youthful appearance to name several. Well, New Age Health Spa has just added to that list. Spa guests can now be rewarded further for doing what they enjoy most—vacationing at New Age Health Spa.

Welcome to New Age Health Spa’s Living Well Club, a membership-based rewards program for returning guests. As a club member, you will earn valuable points redeemable toward the purchase of future spa stays, treatments and products.

All living well club members please note we are no longer using the living well club cards. Please bring your card next time you visit and we can put your points into our new system!

Membership Details:

•  Guests may join the Living Well Club for a one-time membership fee of $25.
•  Points are accrued upon enrollment for current stay and are not valid for prior purchases, hence the card must be purchased during a stay to apply charges of that visit toward point balance.

•  Points must be used in conjunction with a 2-night stay
•  Points can not be accrued/used with day packs or on half day service packs.
• Points can only be accrued on a living well club member's bill. Points from separate bills of friends/family do not count towards club points.

Rewards Program:

•  Rewards are earned on a point system, with one point earned per each dollar spent at the spa.
•  Points are awarded on the total invoice, prior to tax. Maximum number of guests per applicable invoice is two.
•  Points are valid for the lifetime of the program.
•  Points are non-transferable.
•  Points cannot be earned on purchases made with Living Well Club credits.
•  Points may be earned on direct sales only. Travel agent or third party reservations are not applicable.
•  Points may not be earned with or resort credit applied to mail order sales.

Redemption Guidelines:

•  Points may be redeemed at any one of six award levels for the specified resort credit.
•  Resort credit may be used to purchase spa accommodations, treatments and products.
•  Resort credit will be applied at check-in and may not be used as a deposit to confirm a reservation.
