Cancelled/Shortened
Stays
Deposits are refundable until 8 days prior to
arrival. For cancellations within 8 days, deposits
will be held on account up to one year to be
used again.
Notice of cancellation or change received within
48 hours of arrival, forfeits deposit.
Reservation dates may be cancelled/changed only
once without loss of deposit.
Shortening a stay after arrival for any reason
(including emergencies), does not result in
a refund of any kind.

Room Categories
C: Smaller room with
one double or two twin beds and bathroom. Available
from June 2011, triple occupancy room with 3 twin
beds and bathroom.
B: Mid-size room with
two double beds and bathroom.
A: Larger room with either
one king or queen or two double beds and bathroom.
Peak/Non-Peak Rates
Peak season rates are in effect all Fridays,
Saturdays and Holidays throughout the year as
well as every day from 07/01/11 through 09/05/11.
Reservations
A deposit of 50% of the total stay per
person is required to confirm a reservation.

Checking In and Checking
Out
Check in is at 2:00pm, with dinner served 6:00
- 7:00pm as your first meal. Fruit and tea are
available for late arrivals. Room check out
is at 11:00am, with lunch included on your day
of departure. Room check outs after 11:00am
are subject to financial penalty.
Payments
The balance of your spa package is due upon check in. You may use cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. All credit cards must be present and in bearers name. Charges for boutique purchases and spa treatments are payable upon check out.
