Cancelled/Shortened
Stays
Deposits are refundable until 8 days prior to
arrival. For cancellations within 7 days, deposits
will be held on account up to one year. Notice
of cancellation or change received within 48
hours of arrival, forfeits deposit.
Reservation dates may be changed only once
without penalty, but no further changes or cancellations
allowed.

Room Categories
C: Small room with one double or two twin beds. Bathroom with shower.

A: Large room with one queen or two double beds. Bathroom with jetted tub.
VIP: Large room with one king bed. Bathroom with jetted tub. Room also features seating area, pull out chair, private deck, fruit, products and refrigerator.
Peak/Non-Peak Seasons
Peak season rates are in effect all Fridays, Saturdays and Holidays throughout the year as well as every day from 07/01/10 through 08/31/10.

A deposit of one night's stay per person
is required to confirm a reservation. You may
call our reservations office, open daily, at
800-682-4348 or inquire about
availability via email.
Checking In and Checking
Out
Check in is at 2:00pm, with dinner served 6:00
- 7:00pm as your first meal. Fruit and tea are
available for late arrivals. Check out is at
11:00am, with lunch included on your day of
departure. Check outs after 11:00am are subject
to financial penalty.
Payments
The balance of your spa package is due upon check in. You may use cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. All credit cards must be present and in bearers name. Charges for boutique purchases and spa treatments are payable upon check out.
