the joy of movement. Learn nine unique combinations
from dance arts, healing arts and martial arts,

Strength Training Classes
New! Kettlebell
Workout: This is a challenging workout for
people who have weight training experience,
but have never played with kettlebells. You
must be able to press 10lbs over your head or
you may use a lighter dumbbell. We focus on
form and technique to safely swing and move
the kettlebell in different exercises. Feel
how hard the core of your body has to work and
how quickly your heart rate increases. Class
size is limited to 12.
New! Pilates
with Props: Learn how to incorporate
different props into your Pilates matwork to
connect deeper into your core and stabilize
your body. We may use the Little Ball, Foam
Roller, Flex Bands or Light Weights according
to the schedule. Each exercise is demonstrated
and different levels are offered to help accommodate
every fitness level. Discover the subtleties
that make Pilates unique - breath, mindfulness
and core focus.
Body Conditioning: Use resistance equipment
(dumbbells, body bars, etc.) to tone your entire
body. Learn how to focus on your form, technique
and execution to sculpt and fine tune a strong
defined body. Good for all fitness levels.
Body Toning with Tubes: Discover how effective Spri Tubes and Loops can be! You will experience a terrific workout for your entire body with these handy portable tools. Now you can do resistance training at your office and on vacation. No more excuses!
Body Toning with Body Ball: A challenging workout, using the body ball to work the seven major muscle groups: back, shoulders, chest, thighs, hamstrings, biceps and triceps. The body ball acts like a weight bench, yet the ball’s soft flexible surface provides a longer range of motion and the ideal body position for many toning moves. You will not only burn fat and increase lean muscle, but will also improve balance and coordination. Your core muscles (middle and lower back and abdominal) and other smaller stabilizing muscles are strengthened.
Water Classes
Noodle Workout: This workout takes one of the most popular water toys and turns it into an effective, inexpensive and fun piece of equipment. You will push and pull it, step and float on it and get an awesome workout.
Aqua Kick Box: Punch and kick your
way to a lean body with this creative class
combining the challenge of kick boxing with
the resistance of the water. The water also
gives your body support and buoyancy to keep
your joints safe. Fat cells don't stand a chance!
Aqua Step: Unlike anything you have ever experienced! The Step creates an artificially shallow water environment to increase the intensity of the workout and the buoyancy of the water slows the decent for low impact landings. A lower body and abs workout like no other.
Power Water Pilates: Traditional Pilates cardio and toning exercises adapted to use the resistance of water to stretch, strengthen and center by focusing on core muscles and balance.
Hydrotone: Aerobics & Strength:
This is the perfect workout for beginner to
advanced levels. This workout includes: walking
variations, lunges, kicks, circular movements,
rebound aerobics with jogging, jumping jacks,
kicks and leaps, a ballet workout which will
