19-21: Rejuvenate &
Detox Weekend with Indrani Maity
Chronic fatigue and low energy can make living
a fulfilling life challenging; perhaps even
discouraging, with little hope for options
and solutions. This is simply due to lack
of education and knowledge that has been known
for thousands of years in the Ayurvedic and
Traditional Chinese Medicinal disciplines.
Join us this weekend and introduce yourself
to holistic alternatives for healing, balancing
and strengthening your body and learn how
the art of gentle detoxification alternating
with rejuvenation therapies have the ability
to restore your core vitality. This ‘remove
and repair’ strategy utilizes the modalities
of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine
as well as Energy/Chakra Healing, medicinal
grade essential oils, proper nutrition and
therapeutic treatments. This whole mind/body
approach not only restores your vitality,
but will also positively impact many other
health concerns, such as your metabolism,
healthy weight, joint health, moods, hormones
and longevity.
Lectures and classes will also focus on giving
you the skills to rejuvenate and balance yourself.

Join the party as we dance our way to fitness!
At these weekends you will experience Trance
Dance, Water Ballet, African Healing Dance,
Striptease, Belly Dance, Broadway and Zumba.
Come & dance with us - it's exercise
in disguise, ideal for every fitness level,
ability, age or gender. Geared for the stiff,
self-conscious beginner to the fit athlete,
you will dance as if no-one is watching, connecting
to your playful inner child. Don't worry about
the steps - we will concentrate on freeing
your spirit and moving your body with expression.
As you get swept away with the music and movements,
you will gain strength, balance and increased
flexibility. We will help you find your creativity
and sensuality, feel more empowered and move
more effortlessly. You will release stress
and connect to your emotions while you burn
fat and work up a healthy sweat. Embrace your
natural rhythm, experience the movement in

fun-filled weekend.

2-4, May 28-30: Healthy
Cooking & Nutrition Weekend with Morgan
Kulchinsky
By popular demand, we bring
you this delicious journey into the world
of natural foods cooking. Join Morgan Kulchinsky,
our Certified Nutrition Educator and Natural
Foods Chef as she dishes out the secrets for
how we make the food here taste so good! Learn
about the types of ingredients we use to keep
our meals within our nutritional guidelines.
Nutrition lectures and hands-on cooking classes
will cover such topics as incorporating whole
grains, healthy snacks, low-calorie desserts
and meal planning.
Included will be a tour of our main kitchen
where you will have the opportunity to meet
our head chef Willy Mendez, and see our kitchen
staff hard at work.
You will return home after the weekend armed
with recipes, nutrition handouts and the skills
needed to cook healthy meals for you and your
family. Come hungry - there will be lots of
samples!
Morgan will be available throughout the weekend
for a private Holistic Nutrition Consultation.

Music Concerts with Inspireline Recording
Artist Glen Roethel
Join us for a relaxing and inspiring evening
of encouraging music. Your ears will be bathed
in music, from classical to folk, to pop.
Enjoy lyrics filled with love, encouragement
and insight and we encourage you to listen
with both your mind and your heart. Let the
music lead you into a calm meditative state
and come and warm your soul by the crackling
fireplace, calm your spirit with the gentle
candlelight and enjoy the uplifting melodies
with Glen Roethel.
Glen is a singer-songwriter-guitarist with
a penchant for positive and intentional songwriting.
His songs and music have been heard on nationally
syndicated commercial radio, college and international
radio and on TV. Glen has performed at faith-
and peace-oriented events across the U.S.,
and his engaging performances which are often
commissioned for retreats, benefits, concerts
and conferences have been enjoyed around the
world. Glen's credits include more than 100
diverse copyrights, scores of co-writes and
production on 17+ records (including 2 self-produced,
indy, full-length CDs), and background music
for TV. His live shows delight audiences with
acoustic guitar wizardry, vocal proficiency
and soothing melodic tones. Glen's debut CD,
‘From Beginning to End’, hit the
streets independently in 2004 on Inspireline
Records. In late 2008 he released his latest
solo effort, ‘Smaller Things’,
also on Inspireline.

16-18, July 16-18, October 15-17: Therapeutic
Alternatives for People with Arthritis &
Other Issues
Do you have painful, stiff joints? Are you
battling with Arthritis? Have you been inactive?
Are you overweight? Do you have limited mobility
due to joint problems or joint replacement?
If so, we have the weekend for you! April
16th we will be hosting a Special Weekend
of safe, gentle exercise programs specifically
designed by the Arthritis Foundation. This
weekend you will learn how to help improve
daily function and movement, enhance balance
and prevent falls, increase strength and stamina,
fight depression, and decrease arthritic pain
and stiffness.
The schedule will include a comprehensive group
fitness program that includes careful movements
for all the joints and muscle groups. Your instructors
will use gentle yet effective exercises that
increase flexibility, range of motion, strength,
endurance, and balance.
Gentle Strength Training & Aerobic
exercises are done standing and/or seated in
a chair. You will be introduced to the proper
way to use Therabands for gentle resistance
and have fun learning a dance that can be done
standing or seated for an effective cardiovascular
workout.
Gentle Tai Chi & Qigong,
which doesn’t require deep bending or
squatting, will be taught. This easy-to-learn
form can be done seated, too. Tai Chi and Qigong
has been shown to improve mobility and balance,
lower blood pressure, and calm and focus the
mind. You will also learn helpful relaxation
and breathing techniques to lower levels of
the hormone cortisol, which tells the body to
hold on to fat cells.
Ayurvedic Alternatives for Relief
- and here we mean relief from discomfort, chronic
fatigue, weight loss resistance, stiff joints,
insomnia, low energy and more. A Board Certified
Naturopath, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Holistic
Life Coach will be leading many workshops and
lectures during the weekend to help you learn
the natural solutions to enhance your vitality
and improve your quality of life.
Therapeutic Water Exercises
will round out the weekend. You will be introduced
to gentle movements that increase flexibility
and strength, decrease pain and stiffness, and
more. Doing exercises in the water puts less
strain on the joints and muscles. People who
are overweight, have arthritis and have joint
replacement issues especially appreciate these
aquatic exercises.

23-25, July 30-August 1, October 8-10: 'Masters
of Melody' - Classical Piano Concerts with
Alan Wasserman
Relax and get into
the Spa spirit as you enjoy an evening of
beautiful piano music by some of history’s
greatest composers and learn about the many
ways they created melodies. Explore the music
of Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart, Joplin,
Granados, Villodo and other composers as Alan
intermingles joyful commentary with expert
performances of classical compositions.
Allow time and reflection with his evening
program of music and meditation that explores
the effect that music has on the mind and
body. Music by classical composers along with
music of Jazz musicians like Strahorn and
Rollins will be discussed and performed. We
will also consider the use of music as an
aid for meditation.
Alan Wasserman plays piano music ranging
from Classical to Jazz to Meditational. Alan
has studied with major teachers in New York,
New Jersey, London and Moscow. He is a past
President of the Music Educators Association
of New Jersey and the director of a music
studio. His private students range from 5
year olds through octogenarians. Alan is also
a Chi Kung and Tai Chi ‘player’,
a black belt in Tai Kwon Do and a student
of Yoga.

23-25, June 4-6 & July 2-4: Juice
Fasting Weekend
Participating in a guided juice
fast is a fabulous way to cleanse and detoxify
the body from the inside out. By abstaining
from solid foods you are giving your digestive
system a well-deserved break, allowing your
body to use that energy to find and remove harmful
toxins. The end result is more energy, vitality
and an overall sense of renewal.
Join us for this more structured version of
our ongoing juice fasting program. Join us this
weekend as our Certified Nutrition Educator,
Morgan Kulchinsky leads you through the experience.
She will guide you through starting and breaking
the fast and prepare you for what to expect
during the process.
Morgan will also be joined by George the-Juice-Man
for a juicing demonstration, including clean
up tips and samples of our favorite combinations.
Whether you are a seasoned faster or a first-timer,
this program is sure to be fun, informative
and re-energizing.
Morgan will be available throughout the weekend
for a private Holistic Nutrition Consultation.

18-20, August 13-15: Jazz
Concerts with Karl Latham & Friends
Karl Latham is a NY-based and internationally
recognized drummer. He is known for his exceptional
ability to dig into a variety of musical styles,
playing straight-ahead jazz, avant-garde, funk,
rock, Latin, and more. As a freelance performer,
Karl has performed with a wide spectrum of notable
artists such as Mark Egan; The Fantasy Band;
The Shirelles; Claudio Roditi; Clark Terry;
Hendrik Meurkins; Don Braden; the John Lee Quartet;
Andy Snitzer; Amit Chatterjee; The Dizzy Gillespie
Alumni All-Stars; Joe Lovano; Ed Cherry; Tomoko
Ohno; Antonio Hart; Slide Hampton; Edgar Winter;
Johnny Winter; Michal Urbaniak; The Dalton Gang
among many others.
Karl has released two solo CD's to date, "Dancing
Spirits" (1999) and "Resonance"
(2007).
Karl is "tri-coastal" spending time
annually in Europe and California with his primary
residence in the northwest New Jersey area.
Karl is an Adjunct Professor at Passaic County
Community College and County College of Morris.
Karl teaches privately as well both in NJ and
abroad.

11-13: The Joy of Movement:
NIA Dance Weekend with Lyn Koutcher
Our bodies are made
to move. We are filled with flowing energy and
many of us have forgotten what joy it is to
move and play. The Nia weekend is about re-discovering
your spontaneity and joy of movement. Lyn Koutcher,
our certified expert instructor will guide you
through several classes during the weekend.
Nia is a unique mind-body fitness program that
draws from a variety of dance and martial arts
movements, including jazz and modern dance,
Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, and Yoga.
The playful classes are geared to every fitness
level, from "non-dancers" to the fit
and athletic. You will whirl and swoop around
the room in your bare feet to exhilarating music,
not realizing that your reward for all this
fun is muscle strength, balance, increased flexibility,
and burning calories! Other classes will explore
relaxation, finding your own tempo, and understanding
your body map for alignment and posture.
Nia is a way of life that will enrich and rejuvenate
you long after the weekend. Join us this weekend
to enjoy the freedom of Nia and discover the
depth, emotional release and centering power

30-August 1, November 12-14: Ballroom
& Latin Dance Weekend with Catherine
Politis
Do you want to improve your coordination,
strength, balance & rhythmical expression?
Join us for this fun weekend and exercise
and make new friends while learning Ballroom
and Latin dances with Catherine Politis.
Ballroom dance training offers the unique
advantages of a rhythmic exercise that produces
graceful muscular movement. A person who
has Ballroom dance training gains improved
posture, coordination and ease in relationships
with companions. We have an action-packed
weekend planned for you, filled with movement,
passion, style and grace! The classes are
suitable for all skill levels and you don't
need a partner.
The weekend begins with a presentation
and demonstration on Friday night. This
will include open discussion and the history
of all the dances that will be taught as
well as a demonstration. Classes begin on
Saturday morning where you will learn the
Waltz, the Rumba and the Tango. In the afternoon
we will continue with the Tango and the
Salsa. On Sunday we continue with the Meringue
and the Hustle and then review the Waltz
and Rumba.
The classes are geared for all skill levels
and you don't need a partner!
Catherine will also be available for private
dance lessons.
