How do I get there?
New Age Health Spa is located in the Catskills
of Sullivan County, just 2 hrs north-west of New
York city. See:

Is there public transportation to your spa?
Short Line/Coash USA offers connecting service
from the Port Authority Terminal in NYC to the
towns of either Monticello (about 14 miles from
the Spa) or Liberty (about 9 miles from the
Spa). Taxi service is available from both locations.

Preparing for Your Stay
What should I pack?
To insure your comfort during your spa vacation, we suggest you bring the following items:
Indoor-only Sneakers for classes & gym
Exercise Wear
Seasonal Outerwear (include several layers)
Hiking Boots or Walking Shoes
Swimsuits
Shower Shoes
Rain Jacket, Poncho or Umbrella
Sunscreen
Insect Repellent
Water Bottle
Robes & slippers are provided in
the Minisink Services Building.
What is the check-in and checkout time?
Check-in time is 2pm, with dinner served as your
first meal. Checkout time is 11.00am, with lunch
included on your day of departure.

Spa Culture
What is the minimum age required to visit New Age?
Visitors must be 16 years of age if accompanied by adult family member and 18 if travelling alone.
What is the dress code? Do I have to dress up for dinner?
The dress code is casual. Exercise clothing is suitable wear throughout the day, including mealtime.
Do you serve caffeine or alcohol?
Your spa experience is specifically designed
to enhance your well being and therefore the
distraction and temptation of health-hindering
substances is removed. The only caffeinated
beverage served is coffee at Breakfast. Green
and Black Tea is available all the time. Alcohol
is not served and is prohibited.
Are there areas designated for smoking?
No, the spa environment encourages guests to make healthy lifestyle choices. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on spa grounds.

Guests may participate in as many or as few activities as they wish. This is your time.

that you would like our chef to be aware of,

well in advance of your arrival.
Can I follow my weight-loss diet while at the spa?
New Age Health Spa cuisine provides a nutritionally balanced blend of carbohydrates, protein and fat, ideally suited to maintain a healthy weight. Guests wishing to modify their caloric intake while at the spa may order from a menu of optional selections in addition to or instead of the chef's selection.
